Derma aesthetics is currently seeking a Accounts Administrator with a passion for skincare to join our Finance team

**The Opportunity**:
We are excited to welcome a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our finance team on a 12 month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to the finance department, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions. You will have many touch points across the business working closely with our Sales and Operations team, ensuring a seamless experience for our clinic partners.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Management of our accounts inbox to ensure all enquiries have been actioned
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents, including invoices
- Liaise with our partners to resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies
- Debt Collection
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Adhere to month-end closing procedures, making sure all assigned balance sheet reconciliations are completed (ex. intercompany loan account reconciliations, accounts receivable, clearing accounts etc.)
- Support the finance team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Department and Finance Business Partner as needed
**Skills & Experience**:
- Accounting or Finance degree or related qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role within an accounts or finance department
- Strong numerical and data entry skills, with attention to detail
- Ideal but not essential is experience in a multi-entity & multi-currency business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using accounting software, particularly Xero
- Excellent customer service skills
