We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality, confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Executive and committees within the Division. This role involves liaising with senior management, business units across the organisation, and other government agencies to ensure effective administrative support functions.This role can be performed from a regional location, with the option to engage in a work-from-home arrangement under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.Key Outcomes and AccountabilitiesThe aim of this role is to:Coordinate the daily business of the Senior Executive by reviewing diary, meeting, travel demands, and budgets, and identifying issues impacting strategic activities.Support division Directors with administrative requirements as needed.Analyze enquiries and requests from stakeholders, determine appropriate actions on behalf of the Senior Executive, including redirecting enquiries to the appropriate personnel.Candidate AttributesDemonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support, analyze issues, establish courses of action, adopt a proactive, solution-focused attitude, and work independently.Flexibility to adapt to change, resilience during uncertainty, and ability to assist others in the change process.Focus on performance by understanding expectations, setting priorities, self-managing, and meeting deadlines.
