Due to growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a lawyer with at least 3 years of admission experience in commercial disputes. Experience in consumer law and competition law disputes is advantageous but not essential.
This role involves working closely with the partner and senior team members on complex disputes and advising clients. Work may include:
Misleading & deceptive conduct litigationUnconscionable conduct litigationConsumer law litigationRegulatory litigationInvestigationsAdvice on advertising, branding, and marketingGeneral commercial disputes including IT and Telco disputesClass actionsThis role is ideal for ambitious litigators eager to work on major topical disputes, offering unparalleled experience.
