About the Role:
As our in-house Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our business. Your attention to detail and financial expertise will help support our team so we can keep doing what we do best – building the toughest 4x4s in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable processes
* Ensure our trade accounts are paying in a timely manner
* Bank Reconciliations
* Processing credit card payments
* Reconciling and banking cash
* Inventory and job costing support
* Financial Reporting
What we are looking for:
* Previous bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
* Proficient with Xero (or similar accounting software)
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and ATO compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Experience in a retail, automotive or trade environment a plus
