Lauriston Girls' School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Aquatics and Swim School Manager to join our Sport team in a 12‐month parental leave position commencing July2026.

About the Role
* Commencing July2026
* Full‐time, fixed term (12month) parental leave replacement
The Aquatics and Swim School Manager leads Lauriston's aquatics programmes, including curriculum‐aligned swimming, Learn to Swim and Squad programmes. The role ensures a safe, engaging and high‐quality participant experience while overseeing programme delivery, staff leadership and daily aquatic centre operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to student development pathways, support the Physical Education programme and play a key role in the effective operation and sustainability of the Aquatic Centre.
Capabilities and Experience
* Experience leading aquatics or swim‐school programmes, including Learn to Swim and Squad delivery
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. AUSTSWIM, Lifeguard accreditation, First Aid and CPR)
* Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a dynamic programme environment
* Strong organisational and operational skills, including planning, scheduling and enrolment management
* Proactive, hands‐on approach with a commitment to safety, customer experience and child safety
