Clinical Nurse Educator Role

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced nurse educator to provide clinical leadership to staff across two wards: Rehabilitation Unit (CRU) and Medical Transit Unit (MTU). You will be responsible for delivering education and training programs, supporting quality initiatives, guiding students and current nursing professionals, and contributing to patient education as part of their rehabilitation goals and program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide education and mentorship to staff across two wards.
* Develop and deliver education programs based on adult learning principles.
* Contribute to patient education and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
* Foster professional growth among staff members.
Requirements:
* Australian Registered Nurse with a post-graduate qualification in training and assessment and aged care/rehabilitation, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in education/clinical teaching and developing clinical programs.
* Ability to work autonomously and oversee a large group of staff members.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner.
