We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Wedding and Events Planner to join our Events and Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll coordinate weddings and private events from the initial client briefing to event delivery. Working a Tuesday to Saturday week, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. From client communications and event logistics to staffing coordination, financial administration, and post-event follow-up, your work will be central to creating truly memorable celebrations. About You Minimum of three years’ experience in wedding or event planning, ideally within an arts, entertainment, or venue environment. Strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality events. Expertise in client service, supplier management, and budget coordination. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems under pressure and manage competing priorities. A professional, hands-on approach with an eye for detail.
