Let's explore the job
You'll be part of our City Infrastructure team, delivering efficient, high‐quality signage solutions for internal and external customers. From interpreting design briefs and estimating materials through to production and installation, you'll manage competing priorities, provide clear advice, and ensure every job is completed safely, to standard and on time.
You'll liaise with customers and stakeholders to scope work, recommend practical solutions, and keep people informed. You'll apply relevant Australian Standards and local requirements, operate minor plant and equipment (including EWP where required), manage purchasing and stock, and look for ways to improve designs and processes while working in an environmentally responsible way.
Qualifications
You must also meet the following criteria:
* Certificate III in Signwriting (or related qualification) and relevant industry experience
* Proficiency with vinyl plotters and wide‐format printers (including Flexi) and Adobe Illustrator
* Sound MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Experience using minor plant and equipment (e.g. air compressors, spray guns, EWP and trade hand tools)
* WHS General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (White Card)
* Knowledge of relevant Australian/National and RMS standards
* Current Class C driver's licence
