Responsibilities
As a trainee porter you will work as part of a customer-facing team to pack, load and unload household effects into customers' homes while completing our porter training programme.
The role offers a blended learning experience with on-the-job tuition, off-the-job workshops, e-learning and professional discussions, preparing you for future progression to LGV Driver or Team Leader.
Entry Requirements & Selection Process
Right to work in the UK.
GCEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade C or above.
Reside in the UK for at least three years.
Good level of fitness to carry out removal work.
Excellent spoken English.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check as part of the selection process.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual salary between £21,000 and £25,000 during training.
Full uniform and safety equipment provided.

Work Hours
40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with possible overtime and occasional weekend work.
