With our Bunbury branch continuing to grow, we're looking for motivated people to join our regional team as Restoration Technicians. About the Role
You'll respond to water, fire, mould, and environmental damage across homes and businesses. Every day is different, practical, physical, and rewarding.
You'll learn restoration techniques, operate specialist, industry-grade equipment, and help make environments safe for occupants.
This role is suitable for people with:
* Trades, construction, labouring, or technical work
* Cleaning or environmental services
* FIFO or mining but wanting to come home permanently
* Any hands-on role requiring reliability, initiative, and physical fitness
Key Responsibilities
* Attend restoration and remediation jobs across the Bunbury region
* Perform make-safes and reduce risks for building occupants
* Carry out technical restoration work, including water extraction, structural drying, and mould remediation
* Set up and operate restoration equipment
* Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly
* Document work using apps and job forms
* Interact professionally and respectfully with clients
* Work independently and within a small team
What You Need
* Current driver's licence
* Physically fit with the ability to perform manual work
* Reliable, well-presented, and professional
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to follow processes and learn new technical skills
* Restoration experience is beneficial but not required
