Job Title

A leading hospitality company in Hobart is seeking a Head Host / Duty Manager to create exceptional experiences for guests.

The role involves supervising the reception team, handling guest feedback, and ensuring operational excellence.

* SUPERVISING THE RECEPTION TEAM: Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
* HANDLING GUEST FEEDBACK: Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
* ENSURING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the property

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, be calm under pressure, and possess a passion for hospitality.
