People, Culture & Engagement (PC&E) Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player to join our People, Culture and Engagement (PC&E) team. This role involves supporting the implementation of people initiatives across the business through planning, coordination, communication, and reporting. You will manage a variety of people-focused programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective engagement.

You will collaborate closely with our Head of People Delivery and Analytics and work across areas such as Culture, Engagement, Talent, Leadership, and Learning. This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience within a supportive, people-first team.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the delivery of PC&E initiatives through planning, coordination, and communication
* Organising training sessions, workshops, meetings, and events (virtual and in-person)
* Drafting and managing communications to effectively promote people initiatives
* Analyzing data and feedback to generate insights and produce reports
* Maintaining team spaces, intranet pages, and Microsoft Teams channels for collaboration
* Managing administrative processes such as vendor liaison, invoice tracking, and distribution list management
* Providing timely support to leaders and team members with a customer service focus
* Driving effective governance and smooth operations within the PC&E function
