Training Manager – Trauma, Biologics, Foot & Ankle

What You Will Do
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality product and procedural training.
* Collaborate with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to create evidence‐based educational content and materials.
* Evaluate and enhance education program performance using defined metrics, recommending improvements based on data and customer feedback.
* Manage coordination and execution of in‐person and virtual courses, workshops, and seminars.
* Analyze competitive trends and clinical insights to inform program strategy and content direction.
* Build and maintain a network of clinical advisors and training partners to support ongoing program development.
* Gather and integrate Voice of Customer insights to refine training solutions and identify new opportunities for investment.
* Allocate resources and manage partnerships to ensure effective, scalable delivery of medical education initiatives.
What You Will Need
Required
* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
Preferred
* MBA.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices or medical education.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
* This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in clinical education and product training.
* Work arrangement: On‐site or hybrid, aligned to business needs.
* Travel: May require domestic travel for course delivery, site visits, and partnership meetings.
