The role

Perm Part Time | 5 days per fortnight

Structured training provided - continuous on job support

Up to $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance

What you'll be doing

  • Contributing to revenue and the growth of RSL Care via achievement of targets for the maximisation of client service delivery excellence inclusive of client retention
  • Ensure interactions with clients are in accordance with Client Service Principles and the RSL Care core capability framework
  • Utilise effective questioning techniques to identify client needs and or potential revenue opportunities. Once identified, efficiently transfer the client to the appropriate area for completion
  • Interact with client to meet quality standards for questioning and listening skills, responsiveness, reliability, tone and accuracy
  • Through the use of Best Practice Procedures provide timely, courteous and professional client service by identifying and resolving client stated and unstated needs on first point of contact
  • Make clients and their needs a primary focus - taking appropriate responsibility for client's satisfaction and loyalty

What we need from you

  • Demonstrated experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Proven communication skills including strong listening ability
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven track record in achieving set targets/KPI's
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills
