About the role:
As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial maintenance contracts, leading crews in the field and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and support landscape maintenance crews across multiple sites
* Plan and coordinate labour, equipment and resources
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
* Mentor apprentices and junior team members
* Ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently
* Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules
* Drive quality outcomes across all contracts
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial landscape maintenance
* Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Current Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
Highly Regarded:
* Experience managing council, school or developer maintenance contracts
* MR or HR Licence
* Trade qualification in Landscaping, Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
