About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, professional and highly independent Retail Support Manager to promote and strengthen the AIM Central brand and product portfolio across regional Victoria. This is an on‑road position requiring extensive regional travel, significant autonomy and initiative. You will work directly with agricultural suppliers, resellers, producers and livestock advisors, acting as the primary interface between regional customers and AIM's sales and technical teams. Reporting directly to the Sales and Operations Manager, your efforts will ensure that AIM products are optimally represented and adopted in the region, while also delivering measurable business outcomes. Ideally, this role would be based in Central Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally represent the AIM Brand, Products and Programs to resellers and producers
* Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with resellers, producers and livestock advisors
* Achieve regional sales budgets and commercial performance targets
* Implement and manage in‑store marketing, merchandising and point‑of‑sale displays
* Generate and qualify leads, supporting AIM Productivity Program adoption and creating opportunities for AIM Technical Specialists
* Provide product and technical support, escalating complex enquiries to the AIM Technical team.
* Plan and deliver regional seasonal campaigns, workshops and training events
* Maintain accurate CRM entries (Monday.com) and submit timely reports and expense claims
* Manage travel schedules, workload and presentation standards to ensure a professional field presence
* Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitor activity and emerging trends
Required Skills and Attributes
* Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
* Excellent organisational, planning and time‑management skills
* Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Monday.com (highly regarded)
* A proactive, self‑motivated and professional approach
* Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and delivering technical support

* Experience in sales, merchandising or agribusiness, with a proven record of achieving targets
* Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly
