**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Communication Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech pathology service delivery within an NDIS context and be passionate about delivering person-centred therapy.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-based services across various practice areas and settings.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Work collaboratively as part of a transdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
* A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing high-quality Speech Pathology services.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
