About The Role
This is a regional position supporting procurement-related enquiries and acting as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
This role is essential to maintaining service continuity and timely resolution of procurement escalations across the cluster.
Working arrangement
Initially 5 days on-site during training
Transition to hybrid: 2 days in the office once fully trained
Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service aligned with NSW Public Sector and organisational values
Resolve first-contact enquiries from internal customers, vendors, and the public in a fast-paced shared services environment
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using shared services knowledge articles
Escalate complex enquiries appropriately, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with customers
Act as a key liaison point between internal and external stakeholders for procurement-related matters
Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance, service improvement, and knowledge sharing
Use multiple systems and technologies to manage enquiries, data entry, triage, and reporting
Participate in quality assurance activities, operational discussions, and performance reviews
About you
Proven experience in a call centre or contact centre environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume enquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Confident using multiple systems and technology platforms
Team-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
