About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the project life cycle, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and coordinating teams and stakeholders. You’ll play a key part in setting project goals, managing resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results in the construction industry.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, excel, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing complex projects and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate clearly at all levels.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and managing the development and execution of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project teams and ensure successful outcomes.
- Effectively communicating expectations and progress to all project stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks and proactively devising mitigation strategies.
- Managing project resources, including personnel and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing progress reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Mentoring and guiding project teams to ensure accountability and performance excellence.
