Administration Support Officer – Director of Emergency Medicine Training
Darling Downs Health is seeking an Administration Support Officer to assist the Director of Emergency Medicine Training at Toowoomba Hospital. You’ll coordinate and support educational activities for doctors in the Emergency Department, ensuring training runs smoothly and records meet accreditation standards—all while modelling our values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Your day will be shaped by supporting the delivery of medical training. You'll organise sessions, manage calendars, and ensure resources and technology are ready for use. You'll keep training records accurate and compliant, assist with orientation programs, and provide clear communication to staff. Along the way, you'll collaborate with colleagues, problem‑solve when challenges arise, and contribute to a supportive environment where learning and development thrive.
