The opportunity is for a vibrant, organised, and client-focused Receptionist who will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role is flexible for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours and positions you as the ‘Director of First Impressions’ within a agile, professional team.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and friendly reception service, greeting customers and answering phones.
- Maintain knowledge of services and accurately provide information to customers.
- Efficiently handle digital correspondence and process vehicle drop-offs and collections, including vehicle check-ins (where applicable).
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and adhere to work provider guidelines.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing RFQs, maintaining records, and reconciling reports.
- Keep the office tidy, maintain office supplies, and assist with general errands as needed.
- Weekly responsibilities include reconciling interfaces and collating customer survey responses.
- Monthly duties include petty cash reconciliation and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and report any incidents or hazards promptly.
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in reception and administration roles.
- Confident, approachable, and professional presentation.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to assist the team with varied tasks.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks; strong interpersonal communication.
