Your new role
As a Finance Systems Analyst, you'll provide high-quality technical and business support for SAP and related finance applications. You'll become a subject-matter expert, helping resolve system issues, deliver training, and contribute to projects that enhance financial systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Tracking and resolving escalated tickets promptly.
* Providing expert advice and solutions for SAP and finance system issues.
* Liaising with stakeholders across Australia and overseas to deliver accurate information.
* Writing knowledge-based articles and delivering on-the-job training.
* Assisting with policy development, system testing, and project work.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine problem-solving with client service, making a real impact on financial operations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong stakeholder engagement and client service skills.
* Problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
* Basic SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential).
* Financial literacy or accounting experience (highly desirable).
* Baseline clearance minimum (NV1/NV2 preferred).
