AcuWellness is a holistic wellness practice based in beautiful Twin Waters, on the Sunshine Coast. For over 20 years, we've been supporting our community with Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Massage, Nutrition, and Natural Fertility support. We're now have the opportunity for a vibrant, organised, and health-focused Practice Manager to join our wonderful team.
About the role:
This is a busy and rewarding front-desk position where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and smooth flow of the clinic. You'll be:
* Welcoming clients and ensuring they have a positive experience
* Taking payments and managing bookings
* Handling stock orders and supplies
* Resetting treatment rooms between clients
* Supporting practitioners and coordinating schedules
* Managing financial tasks (daily and weekly reconciliations, practitioner invoices)
* Contributing to an organised, harmonious practice environment that allows our business to flourish and grow.
This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can confidently multi-task, keep the practice running smoothly and maintain a calm and grounded presence throughout the day.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have practice management experience, particularly in a high-volume clinic
* Are friendly, reliable and highly organised
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Are an efficient multi-tasker
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Bring empathy and warmth to your interactions
* Are comfortable with administrative tasks and clinic software (Cliniko)
* Value holistic health and genuine community connection

This is a job-share position with shifts between Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
