Job Summary
Pilot Plant Coordinator will play a key role in supporting food innovation team at our site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with R&D teams on work program priorities and coordinate pilot plant resources.
* Oversee raw material supply, stock control, and basic equipment maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, and food safety standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and contribute to process refinement.
* Support team development, engagement, and constructive workplace culture.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to engage teams.
* Background in food manufacturing or R&D environment.
* Understanding of HACCP and WHS principles.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on approach with mechanical aptitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
