Energy Staff is a hospitality company that provides staffing solutions for remote mining, energy, aged care. We cover industrial locations across Australia as well as locations in Brisbane and Adelaide Coastal Regions.
We are filling Casual Temp Roles, these may lead to permanent roles, but you may or may not want this.

Chef Responsibilities:
* General kitchen duties
* Supporting the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef Manager and team onsite
* Listening to customers and adapting service to the feedback
* Preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and other meals
* Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
* Adapting dishes to suit dietary, allergy and modified food requirements
* Making and baking desserts (depending on the site)
* Cooking high quality, nutritious meals for residents
* Understanding of the Food Safety Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
* Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you
Kitchen Hand Responsibilities:
* Assisting with food preparation and ensuring meals are served efficiently
* Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to high hygiene standards
* Washing dishes, cutlery, and ensuring all food service areas are kept tidy
* Supporting chefs and cooks with basic kitchen tasks as needed
* Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by following food safety regulations
* Providing a friendly and professional level of service to residents, staff, and guests
* Being a team player and supporting colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all accommodation, common areas, bathrooms, and offices are kept clean, hygienic, and well-presented
* Performing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linen and uniforms
* Assisting with maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for residents and staff
* Following health and safety guidelines, especially in aged care and boarding school environments
* Providing a friendly and professional level of customer service
* Taking pride in your work and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests
What you'll need:
All candidates:
* A National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months)
* Australian driver license
* NDIS check (or willing to obtain)
Chefs:
* Chef qualifications (Cert III +)
* Minimum 5 years-experience (post apprenticeship)
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen for aged care or hospitals (highly desirable)
