The Opportunities
We are seeking motivated Utility Supervisors, Leading Hands, and Deep Cleaners to join our Services team.
These roles support the delivery of high-quality cleaning, room reinstatement, and general village presentation across accommodation blocks and shared facilities.
These positions work collaboratively to ensure rooms, amenities, walkways and surrounding areas meet required cleanliness and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Utility Supervisors
Lead and coordinate daily cleaning and utility operations across accommodation and village areas
Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and monitor team performance to meet service standards
Conduct quality inspections of rooms, amenities and shared areas
Liaise with site management, trades and service teams to align schedules and priorities
Support onboarding, training, safety briefings, and compliance with procedures
Ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment and cleaning methods
Escalate issues, report defects and maintain documentation as required
Leading Hands
Oversee and support a small team of cleaners or utilities during daily tasks
Perform hands-on cleaning duties while guiding team members
Check quality, assist with room reinstatement and ensure work meets required presentation standards
Communicate task priorities from the Supervisor and ensure they are completed efficiently
Assist with stock checks, equipment readiness and safe work practices
Provide on-the-job support to new or less experienced team members
Deep/Commercial Cleaners
Complete detailed cleaning and reinstatement of accommodation rooms following maintenance or turnover activities
Clean bathrooms (walls, showers, screens, floors, mirrors) and restore fixtures
Clean bedroom areas including internal doors, furnishings, cabinetry, AC units and fridges
Remove dust, residues, adhesives and ensure overall room presentation meets required standards
Clean external entry points, seating, walkways and surrounding surfaces
Follow structured cleaning checklists and daily schedules
About You
Previous experience in a FIFO village services role.
Commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning or similar experience essential.
White Card preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Reliable, team-focused and committed to safe work practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, high-throughput environment.
Physically capable of manual tasks and working across multiple rooms or areas daily.
