Your role within the team will see you provide administration support for a team providing suicide prevention services within the community.
* Provide administrative support to the team, organise and schedule meetings, manage emails and phone calls, support meetings and events
* Oversee fleet and facilities checklists and maintenance
* Support intake procedures for people wanting to access the service – including data entry of referral forms
* Support the team to provide high quality reports
* Timely distribution of information to stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality as appropriate

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated experience in an energetic administrative support role.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
* Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions including the use of databases, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
* Salesforce experience ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
