You will work closely with the Director, Executive Management Committee, and Partner Organisations, providing high-level leadership across finance, operations, governance, partnerships, and training. This is a rare opportunity to shape a nationally significant research and training centre, working with a diverse mix of academic, industry, and Indigenous partners.n The Business and Operations Manager is accountable for: n - Leading budgets, financial reporting, contracts, procurement, and ensuring compliance with ARC and university requirements. - Overseeing Centre operations, governance processes, reporting, events, and strategic engagement to deliver on KPIs. - Building collaborative relationships with industry and Indigenous stakeholders, coordinating researcher training and placements, and managing communications to raise the Centre's profile.
