This role will be working within Queensland Health so you will need certain vaccinations listed below. If you do not have them we will still consider your application on the basis you are prepared to get vaccinated. You will be working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, morning starts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include Following a technical scope of work such as a deployment checklist. Build or reimage Dell / HP desktops and laptops Work with mobile devices such as phones, PDA's and other devices. Provide post installation support to end users and help confirm the functionality of applications and settings In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following: Previous experience in a Deployment role or similar Familiar with mobile devices, Windows 7, 10 and 11 Operating systems Ability to work autonomously A good communicator with end users and stakeholders Adhere to Queensland Health Facial Hair commitment due to PPE fitment requirements Wear PPE as described and provided by Queensland Health Most importantly you must have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. Good time management, communication, and collaboration skills are important, along with the ability to work independently.
