The Role
As Paid Search and Affiliates Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end performance across Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks. With support from a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll deliver full-funnel campaigns, optimise feeds, and drive measurable results across revenue, ROAS, and CPA. You'll also build strong partnerships with platforms to maintain our ecommerce business at the forefront of digital performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage global Paid Search and Affiliates performance strategy
* Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns aligned to product releases and business KPIs
* Deliver weekly reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights
* Partner with tech teams and external platforms to enhance feeds and visibility
* Mentor and manage junior team members for effective channel execution
* Explore new affiliate opportunities, negotiate rates, and expand global partnerships
About You
We're looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll bring hands-on Paid Search experience, experience within an ecommerce business, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for performance marketing.
You'll have:
* Proven experience in Paid Search and Affiliate marketing
* Expertise in Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and reporting
* Strong data analysis and insight generation skills
* Ecommerce background is essential (Shopify experience highly regarded)
* A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
