We provide a diverse range of services, including emergency, acute care, residential aged care, and telehealth. About the role: * Provide advanced operational and clinical leadership across all multipurpose service streams. * Coordinate safe, high-quality care delivery aligned with clinical governance and safety standards. * Manage human and material resources effectively to achieve service performance targets. * Lead change management processes and respond to emerging trends in regional healthcare. * Implement evidence-based clinical practices and quality improvement frameworks. About you: * You are a Registered Nurse with current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). * You have advanced clinical knowledge in nursing, service coordination, and interdisciplinary care management. * You possess a proven ability to mentor, lead, and support staff in a positive practice environment. * You are an effective communicator who can negotiate and build respectful collegial relationships. * You take personal accountability for standards of care and demonstrate a commitment to service excellence. * You are a collaborative leader who involves colleagues in decision-making and effectively manages change.
