We're looking for a proactive Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and the steady hand behind our website and marketing assets. You'll be based in our Brisbane office and support our National Sales Manager (remote) to keep sales, socials, and events humming.
What you'll do
* Maintain regular contact with established clients via phone/email, handle email enquiries, and follow up on leads on behalf of the remote sales team
* Keep the Shopify website up‐to‐date (products, pricing, promos, basic SEO)
* Create on‐brand flyers/one‐pagers in Canva and schedule content for socials
* Support the sales team with enquiries, samples, and trade show logistics
* Pitch in with printing/admin tasks to help the office run smoothly
What you'll bring
* Experience in internal sales/customer service and/or marketing support
* Confident phone manner and clear writing
* Hands‐on with Shopify, Canva, Outlook and Excel
* Organised, detail‐minded, and calm under pressure
