We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant
to manage financial reporting, compliance, and accounting processes across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
* Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams on financial insights
* Maintain and improve accounting processes, systems, and documentation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Proven experience as an Accountant (3–7+ years), preferably with exposure to senior or supervisory responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
* Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
