Key Responsibilities
* You will complete local deliveries in an MR truck, ensuring that all customers receive their goods on time and in good condition.
* Assist with general branch operations, including picking, packing, receiving and stock management, to maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity.
* Support retail and trade customers with product selection and orders, providing expert advice and guidance whenever needed.
* Provide friendly and welcoming customer service at the pick-up point, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Help maintain a clean, safe and organised vehicle and branch environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing positively to the team culture and dynamics.
