Job Summary

* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Officer.

This role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to multidisciplinary teams, managing appointments, data entry and records across health systems.


About the Role

In this dynamic position you will act as primary point of contact for reception and telephone enquiries. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with clients, apply sound judgement while prioritising workloads meeting deadlines.



Key Responsibilities:



* Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing records;

* Serve as the first point of contact for all patient-related inquiries;

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in accordance with established policies;

* Prioritise tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail ensuring timely completion of duties.
