Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator
National Solar Operations | Full Time
We are a fast growing national solar installation company delivering residential systems across ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. With 100 plus installs per month and expanding, we are seeking a highly organised Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our end to end material flow.
This role sits within Operations and is critical to protecting install days, managing inventory across multiple locations, and ensuring the right materials are available at the right time without overstocking capital.
This is not a warehouse picking role. This is a coordination and inventory control role with real accountability.

The Role
You will own:
• Placing and managing supplier orders nationally
• Issuing job specific pick lists
• Verifying supplier picks before contractor collection
• Confirming materials against approved BOMs
• Managing stock held across vans, storage locations and wholesale
• Monitoring minimum stock levels and reorder points
• Forecasting demand based on install pipeline
• Tracking aged stock and reducing capital tied up
• Logging and resolving supplier errors
• Protecting install day from material delays
You will work closely with Scheduling, Technical Lead and Install Coordinators to ensure supply supports growth, not slows it down.

• Technical Lead is not pulled into material firefighting
• Material planning supports scaling beyond 100 installs per month

About You
• Highly organised and process driven
• Strong attention to detail with part numbers and BOMs
• Confident managing supplier relationships
• Comfortable tracking inventory across multiple locations
• Analytical thinker who understands stock movement and forecasting
• Experience in construction, trade supply, electrical, solar or inventory coordination preferred
• Procurement or supply chain experience highly regarded
