Our accommodation includes suites, one- and two-bedroom apartments – all with private spas – with views over the river or parklands. The hotel also features six versatile venues for corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's revenue strategy and drive growth across corporate accommodation, conferences, weddings, and food & beverage.
This senior leadership role is pivotal in strengthening the hotel's presence in the corporate, conference, wedding, and leisure markets, while creating innovative marketing initiatives that enhance guest experiences and maximise total revenue.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the commercial success of a highly regarded hospitality destination in South Perth.
The Role
You will report to senior management and oversee sales and marketing strategies focused on:
Driving revenue growth across all departments
Expanding market share and client relationships
Enhancing brand awareness and positioning
You will lead initiatives in:
Conferences, weddings, and social events
Restaurant and F&B promotions
Marketing campaigns and brand development
About You
Proven experience in hotel sales, marketing, or commercial leadership
Strong knowledge of corporate accommodation, events, weddings, and hospitality markets
Track record of driving revenue and building long-term client relationships
Strategic, results-driven, and proactive
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
