The Role: Senior Consultant
This is your opportunity to leverage your negotiation background in a high‑impact role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver powerful, behavior-based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C‑suite leaders (very frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
- Coach and mentor clients post‑workshop, guiding them through real‑life negotiations.
- Build strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, business development and helping drive commercial growth.
It’s not uncommon for our consultants to hear that their sessions "changed the course of someone’s career" or "transformed the way a team thinks."
