**The client**
Our client is one of Australia's managers of retail properties. They are a global agency, with a strong presence in the market Nationally. This business values their people and has a very inspired leadership team. They constantly evolving and striving for excellence when it comes to customer experience.

**The Opportunity**
Working alongside another Retail Manager, your role will be primarily responsible for the assistant management across multiple assets in Sydney's West. The role itself will require sound knowledge & intimate knowledge of shopping centres to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and optimum investment return.

The portfolio of assets is based across Western Sydney and you will have the opportunity to work across them all with the other RM.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building and driving Retailer & Stakeholder relationships
- Monthly turnover sales collection and commentary identifying trends
- Actively engage, monitor, and report on retailer activities to improve performance
- Collection of arrears and public liability insurance
- Collaborate with marketing on local activations and promotions as well as integrating national campaigns to a high standard
- Update team on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues

**Ideal Skills/Experience**
- Experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager
- Demonstrated leadership & management skills
- Outstanding communication & administration skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent time management
