Full Time • Rouse Hill, NSW • 15 month fixed term contract

The Role
Property Operations Assistant – support the Operations Manager on a 15‐month fixed‐term contract within the Operations Team, enabling efficient operational support for Stage2 development at Rouse Hill Town Centre.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation relating to property operations of the Centre is prepared, managed and stored.
- Conduct accounts payable activities, raise purchase orders, process invoices, request statements from contractors and track payments.
- Assist with ongoing management of scheduled work requests and complete vendor maintenance forms.
- Coordinate key Operations meetings, including booking rooms and administering minutes.
- Develop high‐quality presentations, draft reports and letters to assist the Operational team.
- Support capital expenditure initiatives.
- Provide day‐to‐day facilities enquiries support to the Centre Management team, Guest Experience team and tenants, demonstrating best‐practice communication and presentation.
- Support workplace health and safety, emergency and risk management, and participate in the Duty Manager weekend and holiday roster as required.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Extremely well‐organised, professional, self‐motivated, confident liaison with senior management.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Customer‐service focused, solution oriented, flexible, both autonomous and team‐player.
- Experience in facility or property operations preferred but not mandatory.
