You will be an essential part of the team by driving our data-driven business processes, maintaining high quality data in our systems, and creating data insights to support high-level decision-making.Be part of a fast-paced team where your skills will directly influence a positive contribution to the business.Your responsibilities will include:Manage and improve data-driven business processes to support the company's contact centre.Design and develop reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.Utilise SQL or SAS for data manipulation and database management.Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data across systems.Write and test new programs and debug related code.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data solutions that meet their needs.Identify and resolve issues related to data processes and software integration.Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.About you:A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.At least 1-3 years' experience as a Data/Quantitative Analyst in a related environment.Sound SQL skills for data cleansing, manipulation, and transformation.Proficiency with the SAS programming language or Python/R for analytics.Ability to work with large data sets and knowledge of common data analysis techniques.Why Join Us?At Pioneer Credit, we prioritise a work-life balance and celebrate your unique experiences.
