About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in charge, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives. And, as a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.
You'll be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, this includes completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 1+ years' experience as RN within aged care
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Free seasonal flu vaccination
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
