Job Description:
Farm hands play a vital role in the smooth operation of our rural business. As a farm hand, you will be responsible for assisting with daily cattle work including mustering, calving and herd health.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in agriculture and develop your skills in animal husbandry. The successful candidate will work closely with the farm manager to implement strategies that ensure the best possible outcomes for our cattle herd.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily duties will include working with livestock, maintaining equipment and facilities, and undertaking general tasks as required by the farm manager
Requirements
1. A strong understanding of agricultural practices and procedures would be highly beneficial but not essential as training can be provided if needed. If necessary we provide on-the-job instruction on everything from cows milking & tillage systems through how pastures are managed.'',''],
