Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate daily runs
* Support and develop the team to meet and exceed performance targets
* Maintain monthly compliance requirements
* Conduct regular quality audits across client sites and premises
* Assist with biannual removalist skills reviews and workforce planning
* Manage operational costs to maximise profit
About You
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High level of business and financial awareness
* Process-driven, analytical, and detail-focused
* Removals or logistics experience ideal (but similar industries will be considered)
