Desired Skills and Experience
Your Role in Our Growth:
* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Consultants & Customer Service Specialists across multiple locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and develop personalised treatment plans.
* Collaborate with the Senior Executive Team to optimise sales processes and strategies.
* Take ownership of sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies to drive revenue.
* Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Proven experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in a healthcare or related field.
* Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, including experience managing remote teams.
* A strong understanding of consultative selling principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* This role is based in Southbank, VIC. Monday to Friday.
* You'll also need to be available for occasional coverage at our Gladstone Park & Dandenong clinics.
* There will be regular opportunities to travel to our clinics in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
