What You'll Do
You'll manage a balanced caseload of parenting, property, and divorce matters, designed to build your skills across complexity and scope, with guidance from senior practitioners and access to structured mentoring along the way.
Draft legal documents, settlement proposals, court documents, and correspondence to OFL standards.
Provide strategic and empathetic advice to clients supported by Senior Solicitors.
Attend court events, mediations and negotiations with appropriate support.
Collaborate with barristers, experts and team members to progress matters strategically and efficiently.
Learn and leverage technology within OFL's Matter Management Framework to support productivity and new ways of working.
Take part in firm initiatives, from fun events, knowledge-sharing, to team development, in ways that reflect your strengths and interests.
What We're Looking For
3+ years PQE in Family Law
Strong drafting skills and confident in managing your own files with support
Clear, thoughtful communicator with clients and team
Tech-friendly and comfortable with structured workflows
Team-oriented, dependable, and growth-focused
