This role is pivotal in driving the profitable growth of our Mobiles business in Telstra Enterprise and overseeing a large financial plan. Reporting to the Executive for Mobile, IoT and Collab, you will lead the development and implementation of multi-year technology growth plans designed to exceed targets and drive thought leadership across our key technical domains. Develop sufficient R4Q (Rolling 4 quarter) pipeline coverage across our key industry verticals and domains. Lead a team of mobile sales specialists and partner with teams across Telstra to deliver commercially viable outcomes. Establish and maintain CxO relationships among target client bases. Contribute to multi-year strategies for growth in key customer accounts, including target acquisitions and the development of technology roadmaps. Oversee the development and execution of strategic multi-year growth plans, including financial planning and potential acquisitions. Implement sales plans designed to exceed growth targets, ensuring strong team coverage across all accounts. Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales budgets for channels, regions, and territories. Continuously improve the strategy around our partner and channel ecosystem. Lead innovation, continuous improvement, and analysis activities to identify key sales trends and generate solutions to support revenue growth. About You Significant experience in leading large B2B business portfolios. Significant experience leading high-performing technical sales teams, particularly in Mobiles. Hands-on experience building, motivating, and leading diverse, high-performing teams. Deep experience championing customer-centric initiatives and nurturing strong customer engagement. Substantial experience in driving organisational agility and influencing cultural and operational transformation. Expertise in financial management, including direct responsibility for P&L. Experience managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders, with direct exposure to C-Suite and Board-level interactions. Strong background in adapting leadership style to various situations and team dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with significant experience conveying complex ideas clearly.
