As a part of our growth we urgently require a Business Analyst to be part of our south center team in Perth and help drive transformation projects for our customers.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements, processes and workflows
Identifying, investigating and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
Consulting with users and programmers to design improvements to the functionality of websites and apps
Develop functional specifications for use by system developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address our clients' needs
Use data and process modelling techniques to create system specifications for the design and development of system software
Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process
Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle
Use project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost resource and manage projects
Provide support and training to end-users on the implemented solutions
Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of the delivered solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
Bachelor in Technology, minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and over 8 years of experience in ICT solutions for enterprises.
The remuneration package is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
