About the Role
* We're looking for someone to conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers to set expectations and timelines for the recruitment process
* You will consult with hiring managers, HR contacts and compensation teams to develop offer packages
* Extend and negotiate offer packages as part of your responsibilities
* Enter applicant flow and recruiting information into our systems and collaborate with HR contacts on new hires' onboarding
* Additional recruitment duties will also be required
About You
* We require 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house with a global firm
* Workday exposure is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
* Able to form strong relationships quickly with both HR and hiring leaders
* Tech-savvy and able to pick up HRIS or ATS systems quickly
* Able to work with ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively under time pressure
