About the Opportunity
We're seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide respectful, high-quality care to clients across the community. You'll play a meaningful role in helping older people maintain their independence and well‐being.
Responsibilities
* Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle
* Provide domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)
* Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication prompting)
* Escort clients to shopping, appointments and social activities

Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Full Victorian driver's licence + reliable, insured vehicle
* Availability for at least 3 days per week
* Recent experience in community or residential aged care
* Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

* Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practices
* Confidence using mobile devices and completing documentation
* Excellent attention to detail, honesty and reliability
* Warm, supportive communication that builds trust and promotes independence
* COVID19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
